At Buds on Buderim Florist & Décor we ensure you that your flowers are always delivered with care and a friendly smile. We have our own personal courier drivers who deliver straight to the front door with care for your gift and a friendly hand.
With COVID-19 we are trying our very best to keep our distance so we are just dropping your gift at the front door of the destination in a safe place and sending a text message letting the recipient know that they have a flower delivery.
All deliveries are delivered between 1-4pm Monday – Friday
And 10 – 1pm on Saturday
Standard –Monday to Friday all our deliveries will leave the shop at 1pm. We have just one delivery run a day that goes in the afternoon.
We do this so all flowers and gifts get to their destination with more of a chance of someone being home. This way we avoid gifts going early and having to sit outside all day and get affected by the weather, getting stolen or getting eaten by puppy dogs. If your order is going to a business or school, please let us know what time they finish in the ‘Order Notes’ Box. If the recipient does finish before our delivery run starts, you will be contacted to pay for the Priority delivery.
Am Priority extra charge–If you would like your gift to go Am, we do offer this with an extra charge, as our courier is personally delivering just your order before the days run.
Pm Priority extra charge-If your gift needs to be at a home address before our our delivery run (between 12-2pm or Changes our delivery run) We do offer this with an extra charge, as our courier is personally delivering just your order before the days run.
Funeral Service –We understand most funeral services are held in the mornings, therefore we only charge for our standard delivery. Please put what time the service is being held in the ‘Order Notes’ Box so we can have it delivered in time for you.
If you choose the incorrect delivery zone for your address, we will take the extra money out of the flowers or call you to organize the correct payment.
Click & Collect
Place your order online and pop in the ‘Order Notes’ Box what time you are coming to collect your flowers, and we will get your gift ready so you can quickly pop in and out. We are located in the Buderim Central Shopping Village two shops up from the Buderim Post Office, you can’t miss us!
Delivering to Addresses with no one home
If no one is home at the address given, our courier will choose to leave your gift at the home or workplace in a safe and secure place. They will either leave a card in the mail box or front door or send a text message explaining when and where they left the flowers. If we cannot access properties or there is no safe place to leave your gift, we will than either call the recipient or customer to be further advised on where to leave it.
If we can’t contact either, your gift will be brought back to the shop and dealt with there. If a re-delivery is required, we do charge for the second delivery as we get charged by our courier.
To avoid any issues please make sure all CORRECT details are provided – correct address, business name, landmarks, contact number for recipient, delivery instructions if not home or ways to access properties, Unit numbers, and any other important information
Incorrect Recipient Details
Our couriers do their very best to get everyone’s delivery delivered asap. If we are given wrong addresses this does delay our deliveries and affects everyone else's deliveries. We do advise to please make sure all details are triple checked before processing your order. If you do give us a wrong address or an incomplete address and this affects our delivery run you will be contacted for additional cost for time delay, phone calls, re-deliveries and change of address.
Returns and Cancellations
If for some reason you want to cancel your delivery before the flowers have left the store, we offer a full refund or can put your order on hold until further notice. If the flowers have been delivered and there is an issue with delivery or unhappy with the product, we may offer a refund on the flowers, depending on the circumstance, however we do not refund the delivery charge.
Once your flower delivery has been delivered
Once your flower delivery has been delivered, we do not send out confirmations. If we have any issues with your delivery, we always contact you or let you know. If you haven’t heard from the recipient after 5pm please phone the store on 07 5445 3211 the next working day, so we can advise you on more information. We do ask to find out by the recipient first or give it some time as some recipients may be working, grieving or don’t use their front doors.
