Weddings are a very intimate and memorable moment between you and your partner. We believe 'less is more' when it comes to creating that special day. This means we limit our offerings to concentrate only on bridal parties & small ceremony flowers. We have listed below our set prices to guide you on your wedding journey.
How We Work
Our bridal flowers are a great price and we do the hard work for you! With many years of experience as florists and wedding designers you can place your trust in us. We know which flowers are in season and will achieve your design, assuring your flowers will look fabulous on the day.
What’s the catch? After meeting with you our talented florists will gather your ideas and design your wedding bouquet for you. Thus, meaning the flower choice is entirely up to the florist. After meeting with you and discussing your colours and design, our florists will choose your wedding blooms closer to the wedding date as we shop seasonal. We are not always sure exactly what will be in your wedding bouquet until the week of the wedding. There is no reason to worry about the details. In your consultation, we go over what flowers you like, what flowers you don’t and give you a guide of what flowers we will use.
Why we do this? The reason why we do our weddings this way is because it eliminates the extra costs of trying to source an exact flower in a particular colour shade. It also takes the stress away from the florist and the bride of making sure we can provide that particular flower or colour. Unfortunately, flowers are a natural, seasonal product and we can’t always promise for instance, that a deep pink peony will be available now or next month or in a year. On this note, if you do have your heart set on a particular flower, we will do our very best to make sure it is in your wedding.
If you love our prices, but have your heart set on your wedding blooms already, or, if you would like to choose your blooms, that’s not a problem. We have our customized wedding option. This option is just like every other florist where you have a consultation with your floral designer and go through everything you would like. Please keep in mind, we have to cover the time of the consultation, sourcing your blooms, pre ordering flowers, and making any changes to your design closer to your wedding, therefore, we will charge a higher price for this specialized service.
What do you need to do?
To start designing your wedding flowers you can either book a consultation with one of our team members or we can organize your wedding via email. To make sure we achieve your look, we ask you to provide us with as much information as possible!
It is a good idea to have your gown, colours and theme chosen before you see us, as this helps with the design of florals we choose. When meeting with us, we want your florals to tie your wedding together. We ask you to bring or email us as much information as you can! We want to see it all; pictures of your gown, the suit colours, fabric swatches, Pinterest photos you have been stashing away and the theme you’ve chosen. Is your wedding inside or outside? We want to know everything! This helps us connect with you and make sure we understand completely what you would like for your day.
What about ceremony and reception?
We offer decorating flowers for small intimate weddings only. A few options for ceremony and reception flowers are arbours, table arrangements, cake flowers, pedestal arrangements, chair flowers and any other little pieces you would like done. If you require one of our floral designers to come and install a floral piece this will be an additional cost based on an hourly rate.
As we are a small florist, we don’t have the room to carry props and hire vases/containers. We ask that you provide your own vases and containers after consultation with our florists. If you need guidance in choosing containers or vases our florists can give you recommendations. Our flower prices depend on how big your base is. When you have a consultation with us, please bring in your base or send us a photo with measurements if you have already chosen them.
We also offer DIY decorating flowers. We buy bunches of flowers, fillers or greenery coordinating with your theme and supplied to you. For this option we will SUPPLY ONLY. Please understand that we do not have time to show or tell you how to make an arrangement, but we can assist you in what to use and how much of it.
How do I get my wedding flowers on the day?
We offer delivery on the day for a fee; this is recommended in the summer months to preserve your flowers in the cold room until the ceremony. Otherwise, you can arrange someone to collect your flowers on the day. For decorating blooms, optional early pick up is available. But we do ask that you pick up your bridal party flowers the day of the wedding.
When should I book my wedding blooms?
As soon as possible is best! This way we can secure your spot for that date. However, if you have left it to the last minute, we can still arrange something for you if we are available. Just keep in mind, that we need at least a week to organize flowers and choice will be limited.
How do you book your wedding?
Please contact us via email, phone or in store to organize a consultation. A consultation can last 30 mins to an hour in which we will go over your colours, style and extras. After your consultation, we will email you a quote and if you are happy to go ahead, we require a 15% deposit to lock in your wedding. This is a nonrefundable deposit and covers your consultation. We require full payment 2 months before the wedding or if it is last minute full payment is required up front. No flowers will be ordered or made until full payment has been applied.
