How to order for Valentines Day 

Ordering a Delivery Online 

1. Browse our Valentine's Day Collection: Explore our exquisite range of products and choose the perfect arrangement for your special someone. 
2. Add to Shopping Cart: After selecting your desired product, proceed to your 'Shopping Cart.'
3. Fill out Required Details: Provide the recipient's phone number. Compose a heartfelt card message. Specify the delivery date. Include any additional instructions for our courier driver, such as information on locked gates, business hours, etc., in the 'What Do We Need To Know' box. 
4.Terms and Conditions: Check the terms and conditions box. 
5. Select PLACE DELIVERY OR PICK UP box 
6. Checkout Page:Enter your phone number or email address for tracking details. Flower Delivery with tracking, will be automatically selected for delivery.
7. Recipient's Delivery Information: Ensure all correct and necessary details are provided for our courier driver. 
8. Address Confirmation: Once the address is entered, the suburb delivery charge will be displayed automatically.
9. Payment: Choose your preferred payment method (credit card, Afterpay, or flower subscription). If opting for a flower subscription, set up a payment plan if applicable. Note: We thoroughly review all orders on our end. If you attempt to choose pre-approved accounts or flower subscriptions without having either, we will promptly contact you for payment, and no flowers will be delivered until full payment is received.
10. Contact Details: Under 'Contact Details,' provide YOUR name and phone number. This is crucial for effective communication regarding any order or delivery issues.
11. Complete Order: Review your order details and click 'Complete Order.'
12. Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email or text based on the details provided during checkout. Note that the confirmation won't include your card message or delivery date, but we have these details on our end.

Confirmation Text 
On the day of your delivery, your order will be processed through our delivery app, optimising our delivery run. Your order will be assigned a spot in our run, and you will receive your initial text or email notifying you that your order is out for delivery. Once your flower delivery has been successfully completed, you will receive a second text or email confirming the delivery along with additional information.

If no one is home
 If no one is home at the time of delivery, we will carefully leave your flower order in a secure location at the residence, typically at the front door to protect it from the weather. Rest assured, all our flowers come with a water source at the bottom. Following this, we send a text to the recipient, notifying them of the flower delivery and providing photo proof of where we've placed the flowers. Simultaneously, you will receive confirmation that the flowers have been left in a safe place. This process ensures peace of mind for the recipient, customer, and ourselves, assuring everyone is aware of the delivery and can manage it accordingly. In instances where we cannot leave the flowers due to factors such as locked properties, unit blocks, or other delivery challenges, we will make two attempts to call the recipient and send a text. If we are unable to reach them, we will contact you. If there is still no response, the flowers will be returned to the shop.

Ordering a Pick Up Online

1. Browse our Valentine's Day Collection: - Explore our captivating range of products and select the perfect arrangement for your loved one.
 2. Add to Shopping Cart: - After choosing your desired product, proceed to your 'Shopping Cart.' 
3. Fill Out Required Details: - Provide your own phone number as the recipient's phone number. 
 - Craft a heartfelt card message.
 - Choose the Pick Up date and specify the preferred pick-up time in the 'What Do We Need To Know' box. 
4. Terms and Conditions: - Check the terms and conditions box. 
 - Select the 'Place Delivery' or 'Pick Up.' Button 
5. Checkout: - Enter your phone number or email address for confirmation. 
 - Flower delivery with tracking will be automatically selected, so simply choose PICK UP from our Woombye Shop Box. 
6. Payment: - Choose your preferred payment method (credit card, Afterpay, or flower subscription). 
 - If opting for a flower subscription, set up a payment plan if applicable. 
Note: Orders will be verified on our end, and we will contact you for payment if needed. 
7. Contact Details: - Under 'Contact Details,' provide your details. 
8. Complete Order: - Review your order details and click 'Complete Order.' 
9. Confirmation: - You will receive a confirmation email or text based on the details provided during checkout. Note that the confirmation won't include your card message or Pick Up date as these are plug-ins on our website, but we do have those details on our end. 
10. Order Ready for Pick Up: - Once your order is prepared, we will send a confirmation notifying you that your flower order is ready for pick up from our Woombye store.
